He will prepare a design brief which you can take to your own designer/architect, or alternatively, he can source estimates or recommend designers and builders, to assist you in the next step.

Design Brief and Quote Service

This takes the process to the next level, providing you with final plans and a quote.
The fee for this service is $5,000, which will be credited against your 10% deposit if you proceed with the purchase of the land.

You will meet with our design co-ordinator Lindsay Hunter, who will prepare your design brief, then pass this on to a suitable designer/architect for preparation of the draft plans. Once the plans have been drafted, they will be presented to you for approval. If you are satisfied with the outcome, we will submit them to builders to obtain quotes.

Off-the-shelf packages

We have packages now available for steel shed and tilt-up concrete style constructions suitable for a range of block types and business needs. You will have the opportunity to modify the standard designs to suit your needs.
